Ideal for the toughest tasks -- all within a standard footprint -- the Pioneer Pump® GT Series is a heavy-duty self-priming sewage pump solution for nearly any food processing, wastewater treatment, waste handling, chemical processing, or industrial application with high performance demands. The GT Series features a larger shaft design, heavy-duty bearing frame and ductile iron construction which increases durability and allows operating at higher speeds than the industry standard for self-priming pumps. Our unique suction design improves NPSHr and alleviates abrasion wear on the pump. The distinct cover combines both the fill access port and flapper check valve into one to improve ease of use.

- Rotation assembly utilizes a double-lip seal with atmospheric drain for additional bearing protection
- Simple, external shimless impeller adjustment from either the rotating assembly or cover plate allows for increased wear life and ease of adjusting tolerance
- Oversized shaft bearings for high speed operation over standard self-priming options
- Removable cover plate with convenient grip handle for ease of maintenance; incorporates jack bolts for aiding in removal
- Cartridge-type, oil-lubricated tungsten versus silicon carbide mechanical seal for simple installation and ease of maintenance
- 17-4 PH stainless steel shaft is corrosion-resistant, easy to maintain, and highly reliable
- Standard, heavy-wall volute for durability and peace of mind
- Semi-open, trash-handling, dynamically-balanced ductile iron impeller
- FKM O-rings allow for use in a wide range of applications
