HWR Wear-Resistant Pumps

Pioneer Pump® HWR Series Wear-Resistant Pumps are manufactured with high-chrome white iron to maximize resistance against destructive abrasives and maintain peak performance longer in light slurry and manure applications. Oversized bearing shafts, oversized cassette seals, and thick casting walls further resist unnecessary wear, while an axial-style wear ring design allows for external adjustment to simplify service and increase pumping uptime. The HWR Series is available in flows up to 4875 gpm and can be packaged by Franklin Electric to meet nearly any application need.
