With features like a large eye area for better suction lift and vapor handling, and a fully enclosed design for better solids handling, our pumps outperform traditional models with less maintenance and more uptime.

We’ve also developed the patented Pioneer Prime air separation valve, made from stainless steel, to ensure fast priming with no product carryover. Our pumps are designed with user convenience in mind, featuring easy maintenance access and replaceable components that extend the life of your equipment.

Our cutting-edge manufacturing facility brings our engineering innovations to life. Spanning over 90,000 square feet, it houses climate-controlled assembly, advanced CNC and DNC machining centers, and a world-class 40,000-gallon test facility. Every pump we produce is pressure and spin tested to meet rigorous Hydraulic Institute and International Standards.

With advanced air filtration, a state-of-the-art paint booth, and precise machining tolerances down to .0005 inches, our facility ensures that Pioneer pumps not only perform exceptionally but also last longer and look great.
